Placing Your Order
Provide all order details, including item type, quantity, sizes, colors, personalization, and your requested completion date. Orders are confirmed once details are finalized and payment is received.
Payment
FULL payment is REQUIRED before materials are ordered or production begins. Shipping and any rush fees will be included in your total when applicable.
Custom Design Approval
Please review spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, and design placement carefully before approving your design. Production begins after approval. Changes requested afterward may involve additional charges and a revised completion date.
Turnaround Time
Your estimated completion date will be provided when your order is confirmed. Turnaround time begins once payment, all required details, and design approval have been received. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Please confirm availability before placing an order needed by a specific date.
Pickup & Shipping
Pickup arrangements or shipping details will be confirmed with your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation requests must be made before materials are ordered or production begins. Custom orders are final sale. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
