Ordering, production times, shipping, pickup, returns and custom-order terms.
Ordering
Choose a product, add your text and upload your logo or photo on the product page, pick the size and colour, set your needed-by date and check out. Apparel products show a live preview of your design.
Yes. Use the Request a quote form for group orders, large signs or anything not in the shop. We’ll reply with a price and a timeline.
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI or EPS. High-resolution files give the best result. If your file isn’t print-ready, we’ll let you know before we start.
For custom designs we check your artwork before production and contact you if anything needs to change.
Production times
Your estimated completion date is provided when your order is confirmed. Turnaround time begins once payment, all required details and design approval have been received. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.
Tell us your date in the needed-by field or in a quote request. Rush orders are subject to availability and may require an additional fee, so please confirm availability before placing an order needed by a specific date.
Shipping & pickup
Yes. Choose local pickup in Houston at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready and send the pickup details.
We ship across the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Returns & custom orders
Personalized and custom-made items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect or a mistake on our side.
Contact us as soon as you receive your order with your order number and a photo. If the mistake is ours, we’ll remake it or refund you.
Changes are possible until production starts. Once your item is being made, we can’t change or cancel it.
Make sure you have the rights to any logo, photo or artwork you upload. We may decline designs that use protected brands, characters or images without permission.
Payments
Full payment is required before materials are ordered or production begins. Shipping and any rush fees are included in your total when applicable. See our Ordering Policy.
All major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
Once you approve the price we send, we’ll send you a link to pay online. Production begins after full payment and design approval.
Sales tax for Texas orders is added at checkout.
